~ Reality ~

What is Reality?

Reality is an concrete understanding of the present moment, God. The highest nature of oneself is Will. Through Will, Consciousness (God) is expressed. Attained consciousness is manifest as pure energy – the building blocks of all of creation. This energy takes on a form when organized in specific ways through the action of one or more centers of one’s own consciousness. What results is one’s incarnation – the embodiment of all meaning (perceptions) attained through these centers of consciousness. The perceptions themselves are, in turn, appreciated as the individual soul.

The Number of Realities

Conventional thought has it that there is only one reality. There are however many realities. There are so many in fact that there is nothing greater in number. This is the case because any entity has even in itself countless states of being and presentation, and any one state is at least one reality. Each reality is but a dimension of God, brought about through the expression of Will, the Creator.

One night I was playing with fire and the magazine that I had previously scribbled my thoughts on caught alight and burnt around in a semi-circle. An Angel then told me to turn over the page because what I had written on the other side was a great truth. The angel then left and I turned the page over. Within the semicircle of burnt paper I saw written:

“The number of realities is the greatest”

When this revelation first came to me, I was thinking of how to word it. I was thinking in terms of saying things like:

- The number of realities is greater than the number of grains of sand on a seashore
- The number of grains of sand in all the world
- The number of stars in the whole universe
- The number of grains of sand in the whole universe

But I still couldn’t put down on paper what I felt. I needed to write down the meaning of that which was made known.

By saying simply that “the number of realities is the greatest”, I mean just that – that the number of realities is so great that you cannot compare it with anything - not even to the concept of a number. That’s why I didn’t even say, “the number of realities is the greatest number” (The full account of this event is detailed in my chapter on Spiritual Experiences).

All Realities Equal!

Although Spiritual Glories seem far more real than reality, realities, like all things, are equal - equal to each other and to all other things, since all things are but mere expressions of Self/God embodied as ones “lower self”. There is no reality superior to any other. No reality encapsulates another. When you dream, you simply “move” from one reality to the next, through the effects of a change in consciousness. Consciousness is indeed changing all the time. This is after all why the world is so dynamic. A change in consciousness is what gives meaning to this world, for meaning is flux.

Reality is Choice

Since perception is the process of creation (organized energy), the reality of this world or of any “dominant” reality for that matter is purely subjective, and thus a matter of choice. You choose what your reality is. It is for this very reason that some people are insane. All that these people have done is to choose realities different from the single one chosen by the masses – nothing more, nothing less. Many of these so-called “insane” people live on a number of different realities, often simultaneously. In doing so, they only reveal to man his multi-dimensional nature. Mankind should learn from these expressive multi-dimensional human beings instead of simply medicating them back to a mind of normal cognition!

When one wakes from dreaming, one perceives the ever present and creates an entity “acceptance of reality”. Reality thus comes about through active choice. This is deemed one’s incarnate life here on earth in this lifetime. Remembering that you have a car, or that you know this or that person, or even what you look like, are all re-created as properties of this “acceptance”. All these properties are then presented in the form of a certain state of vibrational consciousness - reality. This consciousness tells one that reality indeed is reality and therefore is as real as it gets.

For the brain, reality really is a “comfort zone”. Properties of the brain include memory and point of reference. These things afford it to be “lazy”. Imagine just how astute your brain would have to be if it had no memory to rely on. It would constantly have to relearn everything to a sufficient degree in an instant merely to survive the moment! But man has chosen the easy route (so he thinks) and has developed the means to be lazy. This means is intelligence – the difference between Mind and the brain. No wonder man does not know Himself, and so stubbornly incarnates again and again.

Whatever is perceived is deemed reality. The reality of this world is not concrete, however. It only appears to be. The truth is that reality is constantly being created on-the-fly by one’s owns consciousness. To know this automatically qualifies one to escape a rebirth.

A Clairsensory Dimension

There is a dimension readily available to a person of heightened perception. This dimension cuts across the reality of this world like a pane of glass at an angle about 5 feet in front of the viewer in order to allow one to see this world both in the way one normally sees it and simultaneously in another spiritual way.

To give you idea of what this is like, at night turn all your lights on in the house and look out a window at objects about the same distance away from window as the objects in the house. The distance must be the same so that your eyes can focus on both objects inside and outside the house simultaneously.

In another example, hold a small hand-held mirror in front of one eye at an angle of 45 degrees and look normally through the other. Overlap the two images as you walk around a bit. You will likely to initially become somewhat disoriented, but may well get used to the sensation after a while.

Now of course all this is just playing around with the brain but the overlapping imagery will give you an idea of what it’s like to look through this dimension for real.

The Path of Consciousness
One's current consciousness is what defines one's current reality. 'Awakening' through the various planes of being denotes one's path of consciousness.

This dimension affords one the opportunity to perceive the actual reality of this world in a simultaneously different way, as if seeing, as it were, this reality’s “wiring under the board”. The products of this dimension are perceived by means of energizing the secondary brow chakra. Perceived are the various vibrations of energy that constitute that which is seen through physical senses. The brain feels that it “sees”, but there is nothing substantial like color, form, or light. Instead there is understanding – often coming across as some type of smudgy shadow.

Time is dissolved in proportion to the degree to which one is conscious within this plane, and many things are seen across time as they sit on this plane. For example, one may see the essence of a person across this lifetime - being both young and old at the same time. This is in fact a property typical of this plane. Seeing “right through people” is done with the use of this dimension.

Dreaming

There is no difference in essence between dreaming and reality – both are but manifestations of pure consciousness. One can never be absolutely certain whether one is dreaming or merely persisting in the existence of what is known to be our reality. Furthermore, one cannot say that any dream is inferior, the same or superior to this reality. A dream is just another reality, just like this reality is the dream of yet another one. We live now in this dream called “life”. When we die we awake.

Here, for now, you live in reality n, your chosen reality. This is your lifetime expressed as an incarnation - yourself. When you sleep you enter reality’s dream. In the way that you rise from sleep to reality, so to will you rise from this world to Greater Life upon death.

You may ask what is this “Greater Life”. To understand this “Greater Life”, look to your life right now, for as your life is now so to will it be when you die. This is so because your consciousness manifests whatever you see right now. All things manifest are truly expressions of your True Self, Will – nothing more, nothing less. As you entered this world, so too will you enter the next. It is in this way that the concept of incarnation explains to some degree, albeit somewhat crudely, the notion of a persistently manifest consciousness.

Dreaming - Reality Hopping

It can be argued that the process of dreaming is the entering into other realities from this reality, and returning from other realities back to this one. From “Reality”, you enter a dream, “Reality A” and then return. On another occasion, “Reality B” can be entered, whereupon you fall asleep yet again and enter “Reality C”. So here you would then be dreaming about dreaming. The same applies to Realities D and E. You awake to “Reality C” to re-enter the first dream, “Reality B”, and then awake finally to reality. Going from “Reality E” back to “Reality” shortcuts the process of first having to wake up in “Reality D” before waking up again to “Reality”.

Reality Hopping
The respective degrees of influence an entity has over other entities.

On occasion I have experienced the phenomenon of falling asleep whilst dreaming. Then something in my first dream woke me up and I returned to it. I then had to awake once more to return to this reality. It happens more often than not though that something in reality wakes me up and I of course awake straight up to reality itself without first going back to the first dream. Forms of “enlightenment” (realizations really) work in a similar fashion, where one, in the moment, awakes in consciousness to a Reality far beyond those that envelop our own. Enlightenment Itself, however, is instantaneous – the meaning of which is Buddha, Transcendence.

One Reality

Since reality is a product of consciousness, when one returns to a particular reality, it only appears to be that same reality. It truth though, it is but an unfolding of consciousness.

To the mind, there is no difference at all between the four “Realities” in the illustration, for they all pass as one and the same. So too do the “Reality B’s”.

Reality Hopping
The process of dreaming entails the visitation of the spirit to what appear to be other realities and the subsequent returning to what appears to be our own dominant one.

Because perception is an ever-present creation of the now, you never actually “travel” from one reality to the next. You don’t actually enter one reality and return to a dominant one. No, all that ever occurs are organizations of energy, through the action of Will, the Creator. You indeed will whatever reality is manifest! This is so, because the reality is indeed being manifest. This is why the present moment is indeed God’s only revelation to Man.

Levels of Dreaming

The various levels of command one can have over or within the dreaming process are illustrated as follows:

1. Before the dream event, whilst awake or asleep, one can have:

- Desire for an event
- No desire for an event

… and intend exercising:

- Nothing
- Event desire only
- Event command only
- Event desire & command

2. During the dream event itself, one can exercise:

- Nothing
- Event desire only
- Event command only
- Event desire & command

… and have recognition or no recognition of:

- Event command desire
- Event command control
- Event creation
- Degree of control

3. After the dream event, one can have:

- Recollection
- No recollection

The above illustrates the options available to a person before, during and after dreaming out an event within a dream. One can have certain desires and intentions and end up exercising these by either letting the dream itself take full control, or one can be active in the execution of the desired events (to whatever degree of control). Various forms of recognition can result as well as the actual recollection of the event itself.

Before a dream event (such as picking up a book), one can have desire for it to occur or not have any desire for it. One can also intend exercising event desire and/or command over the event, or simply have no intentions at all. Event desire is to allow the dream to take its course with regard to the event. Event command is where one actively makes the event happen. One has to be in a lucid dream for this type of control. For example looking about in a dream or picking up an object can happen as per the flow of the dream (event desire) or actively and consciously as in the case of a lucid dream (event command). In the latter case there is no difference at all between the dream and reality other than the rate at which the brain vibrates (known as a vibrational state of consciousness). So, although the dream is actually real, it’s still different to reality because of the consciousness that drives it.

The Birth of Reality

As already stated, for the brain, there’s no difference whatsoever between a dream and reality. But what exactly is a dream? A dream is an entity no more and no less real than any other entity. It is a plane of consciousness where the spirit has chosen to visit, just as it has chosen to visit the plane of consciousness called “the reality that is this world”. For all intents and purposes then, a dream is as concrete and real as any other plane of consciousness, reality included. Partaking of the dream subjects one to the dream, thereby making it the dream in the first place. Here a distinct reality is indeed being born.

Free of Consciousness

We are bound to this reality by partaking in it and subjecting ourselves to its essence. Life is but a dimension of “choice”. We choose to subject ourselves to this realm, just as we too are free to release ourselves. We recognize it for what it is and choose it as our domain of “normal” consciousness. It is for this very reason that we remain conscious. This is what sustains our bodies – mere projections of consciousness. Observing reality for what it is, instead of partaking in it, gets the spirit to be free and not bound to countless incarnations into various planes of consciousness (this world and its reality being but one). The path to eternal bliss (Transcendence/Endless Nothingness) is to be unattached to anything - to stand alone. To this end, there must be no belief in anything. Instead one must be only Oneself. Belief in anything outside or other than Oneself will, by its very nature, automatically spawn an incarnation.

Sleep is death

When we dream, our spirits are free to roam. Actually, our spirits are always roaming. It is just only when we sleep that our minds are less focused on the things of this world and can then see the activities of the spirit in a clearer fashion. Positively, when we dream we always die. Death really then is sleep.
