~ Law ~
Law as Pattern
Law refers to the encapsulation of the various laws that govern and control entities, whether physical, metaphysical or both. In general terms, law is pattern. A pattern encapsulates the scenario of something occurring more than what it doesn't.
Law as Function
Law is pattern, and pattern is function. Law is thus function. It is this function that is the actual mechanism or design of an entity. All entities in existence, follow each their own respective designs, and are thus subject to law, which is their design.
Law creates, too, the attributes of the individuality of inert objects. For example tall thin trees that sway in the wind more than short thick trees have the attributes within them of doing so when they in fact are. The fabric and meaning of Life flows through their essence in this way, presenting Itself as form. This is after all what life is all about – how entities present their respective essences. These presentations are really the various ways in which God comes to man.
The mechanism of life is subject to law and is law, for law gives life to all entities subject to it. A leaf that flutters and sways as it falls to the ground is executing that part of its existence. The fluttering and swaying is controlled by the natural laws and are in themselves law, for the leaf is indeed fluttering and swaying. Such control and movement is precise and exact. Life is always being expressed to the fullest extent by all of creation since all creation is law.
The molecules of air that hit your face on a windy day, too, add to your overall essence of being. Indeed the interaction between you and the various entities of law give rise to a state of being where the perfection of creation is persistently realized. This is affectionately known as “living life”.
Law as Dimension
Law is also the way (dimension) in which one perceives. Perception is the process of organizing energy through the chakras (centers of consciousness). Organizations of energy are of course what constitute the individualistic respective designs/natures of the created. Since law is dimension, its how one perceives; not what one perceives. Conscious beings are each embodiments of perception. The mechanism or design of our perceptive faculties, then, is law. The essence of a recognized law (such as gravity for example) is the recognition by the perceiver of the embodiment of the design of an entity that exhibits such a law. For example, if you drop an object, it falls. You have no control over it. Instead it is due to your own makeup that the object falls. It is in the way (dimension) in which you perceive, that pattern or a state of existence results as law. This is why we have no power over these laws, for we are designed to perceive the world in a certain way, thus making it so through the action of our wills. Change the design and the world changes. It is for this very reason that alien beings transcend our laws and limitations.
