~ Magick ~

One of the first things that I wrote about in this book was the essence and nature of magick. I subsequently deleted it all because I could not perform any magick myself and held to the philosophy that “if you can’t do it, don’t preach it”. I subsequently came to realize that I did not come to this world to perform magick, which for me is glamour and passes away, but to bring Truth. I hold the Truth given to me and know to a large degree the true nature of magick. It is for this reason that I do now include this chapter. Besides, a book on spirituality would not be complete without it.

The Nature of Magick

Forget what you’ve seen on TV! There is no such thing as magick per se – only the laws created by consciousness. For a mind incarnate these laws are the laws of nature both understood and not. That which is not yet understood is called magick.

Wizards, though doing extraordinary things, are separate from mainstream society only by knowledge. Someone has found out how to do something and has passed that knowledge down to a select few. Energies and forces are of course involved here, just as they are involved in the mainstream manifestation of regularly observed nature and its associate laws.

The Occult

The word “occult” simply means “hidden”. It is similar to the word “Esoteric” which means “obscure” or “mysterious”. To be in the occult simply means to indulge or entertain concepts that are obscure, abstract and hidden from the world at large. Philosophy is a science set out to unravel the occult and explain it to the masses. This is the role of the Guru. “Gu” means “Remove” and “Ru” means “Darkness”. The role of the Guru is therefore to “Remove Darkness”; that is, to make occultic or hidden elements no longer hidden.

Witch or Warlock?

A witch is a person, male or female, that practices or who can practice witchcraft. A warlock was the name given to a witch that betrayed another witch during the time of the Witch-hunts.

White and Black Magick

There is no such thing as White or Black magick. Magick is simply a tool, neither good nor bad. It’s how it’s used that can be subjectively judged by an individual to be either “good” or “bad”.

True Prayer

There are two types of prayer. The one type is a psychological exercise performed by the brain on itself. The brain creates it’s own concept of God and clings to believe systems that support that concept. These belief systems of course the various religious faiths. When such a person prays, it is a purely psychological undertaking because they are all praying to each their own created mental concepts of God. Make no mistake, there is God and It’s forces all about us, but these people are not involved in the manipulation of energy since they are undergoing only metal processes. True prayer is the interaction with and the manipulation of the forces all about us.

Three or Seven Times Principle?

There is no such thing as a curse coming back to you for as long as you don’t regret it. Regretting anything that you do is foolhardy, and all kinds of calamity can then befall you. If you do something, then simply do it, and be proud of what you’ve done, for you did it! Don’t do something and then regret it.

Self/God

Since Self/God is everything and everywhere, It is considered to be All-Powerful. Nothing happens without It. Not only is God the driving force behind the event, but God is the event itself. When good happens, God is doing it and is the good itself. When evil happens, God too is doing it and is the evil itself. God is everything – good and evil. It has to be otherwise It would be lacking – and God, by definition, is not lacking!

When magick happens, this is always the work of God. There is definitely no such thing whatsoever as a Dark force outside of God acting independently of It, for this would then make God not everything. God has to be the Dark forces too. So when a so-called Black wizard summons so-called “Forces of Darkness”, he or she is summoning just that one particular aspect of God. Besides the Dark forces are simply known as such simply because they are “hidden”. It is for this very reason that “The Occult” has such a bad reputation!

The role of God in magick is absolute. God is responsible for everything that happens, and is everything and thus everywhere. God is always the driving force behind all things – magick included. If this were not so then God would not be all-powerful, everything, and thus everywhere.

Nothing ever happens by magick. Everything follows a law – the law of God. Since God is everything, it can be stated that everything follows the law of everything. That is after all why everything is indeed everything.

Spell Crafting and Spell Casting

To spell craft means to package or craft energy. This is to make a spell. Spell casting is the action of releasing that energy. You thus cast a crafted spell.

The Need

Ordinarily there is hardly ever a real need to spell craft at all! Spells fail consistently because there is not enough desire, because there is simply not enough urgency of need.

Frankly, the manifestations of God are all that we ever need! Having to manipulate such manifestations in the first place can seriously damage one’s understanding of the nature of God – the bringer of all things. You should only ever spell craft if it is indeed the will of God for you to do so. Just as you, through the will of God, manipulate energy in the physical world by say, knocking a nail into a piece of wood so too should you only manipulate Cosmic Forces through the will of God. Besides you don’t have a choice in the matter, because the spell simply won’t work unless it is the will of God that it does so.

The Will of God (Science)

As mentioned, a spell will never succeed unless it is the will of God that it does so. Not only must God approve, but God must be the spell itself, for God, by definition, is all things.

But what is the will of God? Loosely speaking, the will of God is Science, or the “Science of it all”. The center of consciousness that manifests any reality produces the “laws” of that consciousness, since the consciousness itself is organized in the first place. You can spell craft all day, all night, you can visualize this and that, you can stand on your head, chant, dance, hop, skip, jump, shout, scream, cry and pray until you are blue in the face, but nothing will ever happen unless it complies with the laws of the organization of consciousness that produced the reality in which you are trying to spell craft. It’s as simple as that. Consciousness has spawned a reality. To manipulate the things of that reality, you have necessarily to comply with the rules of that consciousness. And there always are rules and laws, for the consciousness is itself organized. It has to have been organized in order to produce the reality in the first place. The organizations (of energy) are themselves the laws.

Now there are many hidden laws in the consciousness that manifests this world. The discovery and manipulation of them is magick. The only thing special about it is that many others don’t know how it’s done. That’s only why it’s referred to as magick in the first place! If hardly anyone knew how to pick up a pen for example, people would call it magick if someone actually did!

I had a vision of the will of God once. In that particular vision, the will of God came across to me as a mass of swirling organized yellow/white energy. This organization of energy is what fully defines the laws pertaining to the center of consciousness manifesting them. The center of consciousness that manifests physical reality, the Root chakra, explains the laws of nature, for example. So when something is dropped, the law of gravity acts upon it. The law itself is a direct manifestation/display of the will of God (science) by the Root chakra.

You can never “bend” the laws of nature because these laws are a direct manifestation of the will of God (science). You can only work with the will of God (science). You can, for example, simply watch a banana on a table, or you can pick it up and squash it in your hand. Here you are working with the will of God (science). Although, before squeezing the banana it was the will of God (science) for it to simply be at rest on the tabletop, it became the will of God (science) to be squashed in your hand because you were working with the laws of nature that gave rise to this. So in this way you were working with the will of God (science). Now when someone squashes a banana we don’t call it magick because this action falls within known laws and principles with which we are all so familiar. But if someone squashes a banana simply by looking at it we call it paranormal or magical. All that this person is doing is working with principles and laws not yet understood by the masses, but that are nonetheless part of the mechanism of the center of consciousness that manifests them. It is only in this way that true magick can ever be performed.

Energy

Energy has its existence only through the organization of consciousness. Furthermore energy is channeled, redirected and bundled through a focusing of consciousness. When energy becomes organized, creation results. That which is created is thus nothing but a sustained and focused organization of consciousness. It is in this way that one’s very own consciousness manifests the whole world.

To get the human being to create* and manipulate energies, the brain has to spawn the right types of thoughts to be the right type of mind. This type of mind would then be an organization of consciousness. When this is achieved, mind, soul and Cosmos are One. Once the energy (organized consciousness) is created by the brain as mind, one can, through a focusing of the brain produce a “focused” mind. Such a mind is none other than a concentration of energy. It thus exists within creation, and is the spell itself.

* In conventional science energy cannot be created or destroyed – only transformed. Cosmically though, energy is most certainly created. It is created through the organization of consciousness. Consciousness (God) Itself was never created. Neither can It ever be destroyed. It simply “IS”.

The Imagination

The imagination is perhaps the most powerful tool that humans possess. When using the imagination, whole worlds are created and destroyed by shear will alone. All things are possible, and all that is imagined does indeed come to pass in that particular realm. The imagination creates and sustains its own instances (entities, objects, rules, etc.) through the channeling and concentration of energies. The imagination is the gateway to much knowledge and many possibilities. It is a means to construct realities and to enter them.

Use of the imagination is immense in the process of visualization, and one should not belittle the power of the imagination. One must not say, “Oh, it’s only the imagination! So what nonsense! Nothing real or concrete is being done!” It is true that visualization through use of the imagination in itself is nothing. It’s what it renders, that is important. It renders (produces) a mind that is itself energy, the building blocks of all things in creation. And through a focusing, by the brain, of this energy anything in creation can be affected.

The Role of Visualization

Since thought is the vehicle through which energy is channeled, focused and organized, the role of visualization in crafting and casting spells is all-important. In order to get the brain to think the “right types of thoughts” so as to produce a mind that is an organization of consciousness, or if you life, a mind that is energy, visualization is often used.

Visualization merely helps channel the right types of thoughts and feelings so as to create the right type of energy. It is merely a technique that the brain uses to manipulate itself into producing the right types of energy. It would therefore think only of appropriate, meaningful things, that it is familiar with, or that it fancies.

Visualization is a means to map the processes of the imagination to realms by making use of energy concentration and congregation. By so doing, a reality instance, along with its various entities, is created. Visualization is a conscious step at marrying objects within the imagination with a chosen realm.

The Nature and Role of Faith

Faith is but the ability to sustain a focusing of energy. For as long as the energy remains focused, its work will be done, since the work is itself the organization of energy. The moment one is distracted, the focus is broken and so the organization of energy will cease. One way to get around this is to package the energy such that it sustains itself, but this type of spell requires much focus upfront. At the end of the day, the Cosmos is always in balance. You don’t ever get something for nothing!

The Spell Itself

A spell is simply a package of organized energy. Its only purpose is to balance other energy so as to achieve a desired outcome. There is no difference at all between casting a spell and channeling healing energy. Both balance or counteract existing energy to achieve a desired outcome.

Packaging

Like any man-made item, a package consists of a unit of functionality. A spell is precisely no different from anything man-made, for it is man-made! To assist the brain though, energy is often stored in the “dead” things of this world. You can readily store it in any inert object. Trying to store the energy in conscious creatures, such as animals and even plants, will dissipate the energy in no time at all! It has to be something dead – like a dead branch. If you can hold it and point it, all the better, for then the item that stores the energy can be viewed as an extension of yourself, having the propensity for acute focus at its end, or however you wish to visualize it at the time of the release of it’s energy. All this assists the brain at the moment the energy is to be released. Remember the brain has to, at all times, interface with Mind.

Spells are often packaged so that they will only be released if certain exact words are said. It is for this reason that many spells are triggered through rhymes.

You can also package a spell so that, like an alarm clock, it “goes off” at a certain place and time. So you don’t actually have to be casting the spell in real-time. If you for example decide to visit someone in spirit, as you are actually doing so, you do it subject to the condition of the visitation’s being manifest/realized at a specific time. The Cosmos then takes care of the rest!

You can in fact package the spell in whichever way you want! The nature in which you package it will be the way in which it is released. If you don’t package it with a provision, it will simply dissipate immediately.

How to Spell Craft

Since spell crafting and casting is strictly of the essence of the individual, I can only tell you how I would craft and cast spells if called upon to do so. It would be along these lines:

The Need!

Firstly there must be a real need to cast spells in the first place! The Cosmos will indeed tell you when the time is right, and so you will most certainly know in your heart when it is, for the Cosmos has to notify you in order to prepare you to channel Its energies. There is no such thing as casting spells “for fun”! This type of “spell casting” is purely in the mind as some fanciful figment of the imagination!

Preparing Your Surrounds

I would go into surroundings very familiar to me and ensure that I could walk about freely without bumping into things. It must be at night and somewhat dark in the room so that the sight of things would not tempt to distract me. I would have all the lights off, allowing only some light from the outside to enter and to shine on the walls and ceiling in soft streaks.

The ambiance of the entire room must be still and one conducive to automatically allowing peace of mind. If something seems out of place such that it presents itself as an “energy presence”, I would change its position or orientation, or simply put it away, so as to dissipate the energy. Sometimes putting it away however, doesn’t help, because the fact of my putting it away still draws attention to it, and sometimes even more so! Changing the direction in which it points usually suffices.

Furthermore, being too obsessed with intruding energies can in itself be a distraction, so often its either better to ignore the energies by maintaining a mind that’s flatter (which demands far more energy), or better still, to embrace these energies as part of the overall spiritual energy makeup of the room. Whichever route I take though, the room must still be sufficiently energetically balanced, with no single item in the limelight.

Raising Energy Levels

Once happy with my surrounds, I would usually play music that specifically assists in raising the Spiritual* energy in the room by getting my mind “flat”. For me, Gothic music works best. Any type of music sweet to hear and enjoyed only by the mind will never work! It has to be music that specifically “stirs” the spirit, elevating it to greater heights of consciousness.

* Spiritual and not Cosmic energy is raised because casting spells is an activity of glamour and falls short of the Cosmic Principle that is Oneself. Casting spells deals only with the organization and channeling of energies.

The brain must be as still as possible, with no distraction in it at all. I would pace up and down raising the energy in the room, keeping the flat mind so that even every pace is a part of how the Cosmos is held together and in fact explains away the entire Cosmos. I would certainly be one with the Cosmos at large whilst raising the spiritual energy in the room in a general manner.

As a part of raising the level of spiritual energy in the room, I would think about why exactly I need to craft the spell, and also of everything that needs to go into it. If there is but the slightest hint of worldly glamour within the spell’s intent, the spell would simply not work, because it would fall short of even this world! There must be complete peace of mind about not only the preparatory actions but also the actions to come.

Every person will find within themselves the way to raise the overall spiritual energy in the room in a general fashion in preparation for the spell crafting to come.

Calling the Angels

Spell crafting is the activity of obtaining and packaging energy. You can get the energy from many sources. You can get it from Mother Earth, from the Cosmos at large or even from Yourself if You are the Cosmos Itself. But the easiest way is to get angels* to come to you and offer up themselves as freely available packages of energy.

* Many of these so-called “angels” are in fact alien beings well capable of the task at hand. One can still think of them as actual angels though, for these aliens are indeed packages of energy that offer themselves up as energy for one to pool, focus and channel so as to manifest a desired outcome. This is after all the precise nature of spell crafting and casting in the first place!

In those situations where an angel’s work is needed, the Cosmos would already have notified and supplied the angel, for the angel is of course a part of the Cosmos. Many other angels too would come along to help. These angels would already be lurking about in the Astral plane, low enough in vibration to be within the same space and time as our own physical dimension. Merely thinking of an angel channels it through thought to the dimension of this world – so that it is actually physically in the room.

In response, my hair stands on end and my mind, because it has been flat for some time, quickly attains to the frequency of the angelic being. At first the entire top of my back would tingle and I would lower my head to accelerate a marked increase in mental vibration so as to attain the appropriate consciousness. Yellow elastic light energy would connect my shoulder blades with the back of my neck where the muscle tissue is, just behind the ears and a little lower than them – in the place where one would receive a neck massage. I would sustain this increase in vibration, without distraction.

My aura would then change from its usual one and a half centimeter soft violet glow to one with harsh yellow rubbery spikes of crackling energy over nine inches long. Focusing energy into my hands gets them not only very physically warm, but a cushion of energy forms all around them about six to nine inches in width – that’s 12 to 18 inches from one end to the other (excluding my hand). This cushion of light energy would usually be yellow/orange in color but very smooth and soft – completely unlike the sturdy, rigid spikes of the energy around my body. The cushion of light energy around my hands would be yellow/orange because I’m only focusing energy into them and at times spraying it about the room (much like Tinkerbell) to practice getting the energy to move freely through me.

My back would then split open by about 1 foot and my wings would unravel and extend way through the walls and ceiling. At this stage I would actually be able to see the angels in the room.

Pooling Energy (Packaging / Crafting the Spell)

Many angels would enter this world and be alongside me, ready to assist in offering up themselves as freely available packages of energy, which can then be channeled and accumulated in the Heart chakra through the focusing (organization) of consciousness (for details on this see my chapter on Meditation). As the angels come and contribute to the overall pooling of energy, even so do more and more angels come along; and the more that come, so to do even more! The energy thus builds exponentially – like an atom bomb going off. So if focus is maintained, the energy stored up in one’s heart can, after some time, reach astronomical proportions!

Now the spell itself is created by allowing only certain types of angelic energy to enter me and contribute towards the essence of the energy pooled. This is what creates a spell of a specific design. It is so very important to focus your brain on the actual need for the spell and desired outcome of the spell, and to channel and pool energy only through this filter. It does not help to freely welcome all angelic essence, because then all that will be arrived at is a huge pool of energy not particularly “specialized” any one way Cosmically. What must be achieved is a markedly Cosmically skewed vortex of organized energy. The more Cosmically out of balance the energy’s nature, the more powerful the spell, since when the spell is eventually released, it, through the law of Cosmic Balance, will seek to dissipate and again be one with the Cosmos, balanced and still. The principle of Yin and Yang is thus used when crafting and casting spells – if the crafting of the spell is Yin, then the spell’s release is the Yang. The two need each other to exist and to attain, together, holistic balance.

Releasing the Energy (Casting the Spell)

If this energy is allowed to express itself freely, it spontaneously pops the cork of the Crown chakra and shoots out the top of the head as a fountain of blue/white elastic and somewhat fluid Cosmic Life Force that connects with the Heavens, freely and spontaneously creating even more.

But if you can release and direct the energy just before this happens, then instead of the light fibers connecting with the Heavens, they connect with their intended destination. The energies then merge and the resultant outcome achieved, through the action of Cosmic Balance.

Crafting a spell is a lot like blowing up a balloon. Blowing up a balloon packs air tightly into a small space. Casting the spell is akin to popping the balloon. Once the envelope of the balloon is severed, the compressed air inside quickly balances with the air outside, so that the air outside continues to remain neutral. The more compressed the air, the louder the bang!

In Summary
